Loopnet.com is a commercial real estate listing service. To place up to 10 properties available for sale or lease on their site they want $1,700+ per year. Wow! That is way too much money for the limited amount of traffic they bring to your listings.
Their management team includes: Richard Boyle, Thomas Byrne, Brent Stumme, Wayne Warthen, and Jason Greenman. I think these people are greedy and offer a product of low value and exorbitant price. Furthermore, their policy of accepting listings fails professional standards: they do not actively request and verify that there is a written listing agreement between the agent and property owner. Even worse, they don't verify if the person listing the property has a real estate license! I hope their business fails.
