Chamberlain product support is terrible

I submitted an inquiry to Chamberlain to determine which garage door remote opener I should buy for my system. They did not respond at all. I called their 800-528-5880 support line and I could not connect to a human being. Pure phone option hell. This company has terrible customer support.
